Kasatlantas Purwakarta police, AKP Toto Herman Permana, said the incident that occurred at kilometer 78,400 from Jakarta to Cirebon started when a truck experienced brake problems and stopped suddenly in a slow lane.
Then another tronton car came from behind and crashed into the truck.
“Then the touring car driven by Iwan drove fast and hit the rear of the trailer,” Toto said.
