The statement refers to Permenhub No. 18 of 2020 on transport control in the context of preventing Covid-19 distribution.
Article 11, letter C, states that application-based motorcycles are limited to use only for the transport of goods.

Adita said the Permenhub will be evaluated if its completion is not possible under conditions on the ground.
