Three Indonesian Musicians Win 2020 MAMA Awards Page

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Three Indonesian musicians achieved a proud achievement in late 2020.

Through the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) 2020 that was held on Sunday (12/6/2020), they took home the prestigious award.

This year seems like a winning year for abandoned Indonesian Idol singer Tiara Andini, who once again took home the trophy for her singing ability.

Which Indonesian musicians are proud of at MAMA 2020, here is the rundown.

1. Tiara Andini

Tiara managed to take home the trophy for the category of Best New Asian Artist from Indonesia.

In the video of his speech, the Jember singer expressed his appreciation while holding the 2020 MAMA trophy.

This award in 2018 was also won by Indonesian Idol singer Marion Jola.

Singer Rizky Febian also took home the 2020 MAMA trophy for the Best Asian Indonesian Artist category.

In his comment video, Rizky thanked his family and fans who had supported him all this time.

In the previous year, this award was won by Andmesh Kamaleng and also won by Afghanistan (2018), Agnez Mo (2017), Isyana Sarasvati (2016), RAN (2015), Raisa (2014) and SMASH (2013).

Yovie managed to take home the MAMA 2020 trophy for Best Composer of the Year in the professional category for the song “Sorry I’m #TerlanjurMencinta” by Tiara Andini.

No kidding, his name is among other great people behind BTS’s success.

Like Bang Si Hyuk, who is the CEO of Big Hit Entertainment, who won the Best Executive Producer of the Year award.

Then Lumpens, who won the Best Video Director of the Year award. Lumpens is the genius behind BTS’s great videos.
