JAKARTA – The famous scholar Syekh Ali Jaber warned that if he died he wanted to be buried in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Ali Jaber argued that Lombok had his own message for him. In fact, her son was born in Lombok.

“When I was in Lombok, I felt much more comfortable. Because there is a story. First I fought in Indonesia, actually in Lombok, my son was born in Lombok. My grandfather was martyred against the Japanese invaders in Lombok. Even my own mother’s father, including him, was also born in Indonesia in Bumiayu and his younger brother was born in Lombok, “Ali Jaber said in the sasak channel update cited by Okezone, on Tuesday (1/4/2021).

On the other hand, Sheikh Ali Jaber also wanted to be buried in Medina. However, since he is in Indonesia, he has the will to be buried on the Island of a Thousand Mosques if he dies.
“O Allah, even if I choose, I pray to die in Medina. If I am destined to die in Indonesia, please let me be buried in Lombok, “he said.
Ali Jaber also had a noble desire, which is to train children in Lombok to become memorizers of the Quran.
“Lombok is one of my favorite islands, that’s why I passed it on to the Regional Office, God willing, our plan with the Regional Police, so that we can lead in the future, raising the children of Lombok to become candidates for hafidz and hafidzah for the Hafidz Indonesia event at RCTI, “he concluded.
