jpnn.com, CIBINONG – Lukman Hakim or LH (32), suspected of misuse of the cash welfare funds (BST) of the Ministry of Social Affairs against 30 residents of the Rumpin district, Bogor Regency, is threatened with a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison.
Lukman, suspected of raising welfare funds in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, is a staff member at Cipinang Village, Rumpin.
“(The threat of punishment) is sentenced to a maximum prison sentence of five years or a maximum fine of Rs 500 million,” Bogor Police Chief AKBP Harun said in Cibinong on Monday (2/15) .
According to Harun, the suspect was charged under Article 43, paragraph 1 of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) Law Number 13 of 2011 on Treatment of the Poor.
In this case, Lukman Hakim, as Head of Service in Cipinang Village, has manipulated 30 social assistance recipient data, thus earning 54 million rupees or 1.8 million rupees from each social assistance recipient account.
“The government provides assistance every month 600 thousand rupees, multiplied by three to 1.8 million rupees per person,” explained AKBP Harun.
The former investigator of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) also explained that in action, LH was assisted by 15 people.
Each of them is equipped with two social assistance recipient accounts for disbursement at Cicangkal Post Office, Rumpin, Bogor.
