JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) outlined a list of the top 10 richest regional top candidates.

The list was published on the basis of KPK’s analysis of the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) for candidates for regional chiefs as one of the conditions for participating in the regional chiefs elections (pilkada).

The most wealthy regional chief candidate is South Kalimantan’s Deputy Governor candidate Muhidin, who has assets of Rs 674,227,888,866.

This figure with private background is recorded as the one with the largest assets in the form of 19 parcels of land and buildings with a total value of Rp 293,600,695,000.

He hopes that data related to the wealth of the regional chief candidates could be additional information for voters before casting his vote on Wednesday (9/12/2020).
