KOMPAS.com – The Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs continues to open the register of Direct Effective Assistance Mipymes (BLT UMKM) or Banpres Productivo until December 2020.

The assistance for each MSME actor affected by the corona virus pandemic of Rp. 2.4 million is planned to be served to 12 million recipients.

Target of 12 million recipients

He added that his party has allocated a budget of Rs 28.8 trillion with a target of 12 million micro-enterprises.

“As of October 19, 2020, 76.31 percent has been distributed with details of the recipients of 9,157,098 micro-businesses with a value of Rp 21,977,035,200,200,” he continued.

Regarding the distribution of funds, Riza said this week that potential recipients of UMKM BLT would be returned.

The hope is that this distribution of funds can be 100 percent distributed before the end of 2020.

Furthermore, Riza said that currently there is still a 2.9 million BLT UMKM assistance quota that has not been distributed.

Conditions for registering BLT UMKM recipients

There are a number of requirements that business actors must meet in order to obtain assistance from MSMEs, including:

  • Owning a micro-scale business
  • WNI
  • No.of ASN, TNI / Polri and BUMN / BUMD employees
  • Currently has no bank loans and KUR

Micro-enterprise actors who have a different address between domicile and business location, can attach a Commercial Certificate (SKU).

How to register for SMEs

In addition, to obtain BLT UMKM or Banpres, the community must register its microenterprise through the Cooperative Office and UMKM of the region or district according to its address.

Possible beneficiaries can also be proposed by cooperatives that have been legalized as legal entities.

In addition, potential beneficiaries can obtain BLT UMKM if they are proposed by ministries / institutions, banks and finance companies registered with the OJK.
