Article 11.6 only establishes that the candidate for chief of the National Police is Pati Polri, who remains active with due regard for her rank and career.

Article 11
(1) The Chief of the National Police is appointed and dismissed by the President with the approval of the DPR.
(2) The President presents a proposal for the appointment and dismissal of the Chief of the National Police to the DPR along with the reasons for the same.
(3) DPR’s approval or rejection of the President’s proposal as indicated in paragraph (2) must be given within 20 (twenty) days from the date DPR receives the President’s letter.
(4) In the event that DPR does not provide a response within the time mentioned in paragraph (3), the candidates proposed by the President will be deemed approved by DPR.
(5) In an urgent situation, the President may temporarily suspend the Chief of Police and appoint an executor of the duties of the Chief of Police and request DPR approval.
(6) Candidates for Chief of Police are high-ranking police officers who are still active with due regard for their rank and career.
(7) The procedure to propose the appointment and dismissal of the Chief of Police referred to in paragraphs (1), (2) and (6) will also be regulated by a presidential decree.
(8) The provisions relating to the appointment and dismissal of positions other than those mentioned in paragraph (1) shall also be regulated by decision of the Chief of the National Police.

Furthermore, the appointment of Pati Polri as a candidate for Chief of the National Police must be made taking into account the considerations of the National Police Commission. This is required based on article 6 of Presidential Regulation number 17 of 2017 on Kompolnas.
