KOMPAS.com – Registration for Lot 7 pre-employment card participants officially closes on Monday (7/9/2020).
Louisa Tuhatu, head of communications for the pre-employment card program implementation management, said that as of Monday afternoon, the total number of pre-employment applicants for lots 1 to 7 had reached 18.7 million people.
“As of this afternoon there were more than 2.8 million registrants from batch 7,” Louisa said on Monday (8/7/2020).
He added that, from the number of applicants who have entered, those who will receive the Pre-employment Card will later be selected again.
“Those who will receive Pre-employment Cards will be 3.8 million,” said Louisa.
Of the 3.8 million, 849,921 of them have completed their first training and a total of 610,563 participants have received the promised incentives.
Meanwhile, the target participants who will receive the Pre-employment Card are 5.6 million people.

Meanwhile, the details of the Pre-Employment Card participants received by batch are as follows:
- Lot 1 of 200,000 participants
- Lot 2 of 200,000 participants
- Wave 3 with a total of 200,000 participants
- Wave 4 with a total of 800,000 participants
- Wave 5 with a total of 800,000 participants
- Wave 6 with a total of 800,000 participants
- Wave 7 with a total of 800,000 participants
Thus, the quota of pre-work card recipients is just 1.8 million people.
Louisa hopes that the number of registrations in subsequent batches will remain constant so that the target recipients that have been planned can be achieved.
“Hopefully, if possible, there will be 800,000 per wave,” he said.
Open until the end of the year
Reported Kompas.com, the government aims for the Pre-Work Card program to open until the end of 2020.
To meet the implementation needs of the program, the government has also allocated a budget of IDR 20 billion.
The details are IDR 5.6 billion for training costs, IDR 13.45 billion for incentives, IDR 840 billion for survey funds, IDR 100 million for PMOs.
Participants in the Pre-Work Card program will receive government assistance in the amount of IDR 3.55 million.
The assistance consists of a 1 million rupee training attendance fee that cannot be disbursed (for training costs only), an incentive to complete the training of Rs 600,000 per month for 4 months, and a survey incentive of employment of Rs 150,000.
Lot 7 announcement
Kompas.com reported, the closing of the registration of the pre-employment card of lot 7 will take place on Monday (7/9/2020) at 12.00 WIB.
As in the previous wave, the quota for wave 7 was also opened for 800,000 participants.
In reference to the previous wave, the announcement of the acceptance of the participants of wave 7 will be made within the next 3 days.
