A Tunisian who holds a knife singing “Allahu Akbar” has beheaded a woman and killed two others in a church in the city of Nice French, on Thursday (10/29) before being shot and arrested by the police.

According to the police chronology, a sacristan (church administrator) at the Notre-Dame Basilica church opened the church doors at around 8:30 am. There were only a few people around; The first mass of the day was to begin in two hours.
When the sacristan began to work, a man armed with a knife entered the church and cut the sacristan. The perpetrator also beheaded an elderly woman and wounded a third woman.
Sexton and the old woman were killed instantly, the third woman left the church for a nearby cafe, but died from her injuries.
The mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, confirmed the death of the third victim in the local cafe. So far, no victim’s identity has been mentioned.
What happened in the early days of the attack inside the church, the Neo-Gothic building on the tree-lined square in central Nice, remains unclear. But witness testimony, cell phone recordings and confessions from officials provide an initial picture of how the attack ended.
