According to the laboratory results, on Monday (11/5/2020) DIY noticed the addition of six positive Corona cases, all of which were employees of Indogrosir. Currently, there are 13 Indogrosir employees who are positive on Covid-19 and one of them has recovered.
DIY Regional Covid-19 Handling Spokesperson Berty Murtiningsih said that DIY Covid-19 cases currently add up to a total of Covid-19 positive cases at 159. “From the results of laboratory tests, there are six Additional confirmed positive cases on May 11, 2020, so the total DIY Covid-19 is positive became 159 cases, “he said.
The six positive patients were all employees of Indogrosir, that is, four residents of Bantul and each resident of Kulonprogo and the city of Jogja.
They were identified as Case 156, a 25-year-old man resident of Bantul; Case 157, 32-year-old man resident of Bantul; Case 158, a 20-year-old woman from Bantul; Case 159, a 25-year-old man resident of Bantul; Case 160, 33-year-old woman resident of Kulonprogo; and Case 161, a 33-year-old man residing in the city of Jogja. “The history of the six cases is related to the Indogrosir group,” said Berty.

Previously, seven new DIY Covid-19 positive cases were found on Sunday (05/10/2020). Six of the seven additions are the result of the search for a large group of Jamaah Tabligh, the Protestant Church of Indonesia in the West (GBIP) and Indogrosir.
Seven of the most recent Covid-19 positive patients were identified as Case 149, a 57-year-old female resident of Bantul; Case 150, 38-year-old woman resident of Sleman; Case 151, 55-year-old man resident of Sleman; Case 152, 37-year-old resident of Sleman; Case 153, 28-year-old Indian citizen; Case 154, 76-year-old male Indian citizen; and Case 155, a 28-year-old Sleman resident.
Berty Murtiningsih said case 149 was part of the Church group, while cases 150, 151 and 155 were employees of Indogrosir. Meanwhile, Case 153 and 154 parts of the Tablighi Jamaat group, and Case 152 are known to have been in contact with Covid-19 positive patients.
“There are reports of a recovery case, namely 79 cases, a 45-year-old male resident of Sleman. There is a report of PDP’s death in the laboratory process, a 56-year-old woman from Sleman,” he said.
Case 79 was a man with an address in Depok, Sleman, who according to the head of the Sleman (Dinkes) Health Office, Joko Hastaryo, was the first Indogrosir employee infected with Corona. It reported Covid-19 positive on April 24. This man, Joko said, did not openly explain his background when he was caught positive by Covid-19. As a result, the virus spread to hypermarkets.
