JAKARTA – Vice President of RI 10 and 12, Jusuf Kalla (JK) it has nothing to do with the return of the Chief Imam of the Front of Islamic Defenders (FPI) Habib Rizieq Shihab.
This was said by JK spokesman Husain Abdullah in response to tweets by former Democrat Ferdinand Hutahaean and writings by social media activist Rudi S Kamri.
“Pak JK has never communicated or financed the return of HRS as opinion has been accumulating since the return of HRS,” said Uceng, his nickname in a written statement, on Sunday (11/22/2020).
According to Uceng, the accusation of JK’s connection to the return of Habib Rizieq began with the taunts of Ferdinand Hutahaean through his Twitter account. Later, in a dialogue on private television, it was said that Ferdinand could not prove the truth of his mockery.
The narrative carried by Ferdinand, Uceng said, was used as the basis for social media activist Rudi S Kamri to discuss the same thing through an article titled “Bandar Chaplin finally comes out of its nest due to heat.”
According to Uceng, if the writing was directed at JK, then it would be a blind accusation without clear facts and data, to be precise, it fits the logic. Writing not only creates noise and deception, but it damages social relationships and the culture of mutual respect.
Uceng revealed that JK’s trip to the Vatican and Mecca on October 20-25, 2020 to meet with Pope Francis’ Catholic leaders in order to confer the title of Sayeed Prize for Humanity and Fraternity, initiated by the Pope Francis with the High Priest Al-Azhar Sheikh Ahmad Al Tayeb.
As JK as the jury representing Asia for this award, along with four judges from different continents felt the need to meet in person and discuss the nomination criteria for this award.
