The suspects MJS and AW are suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or Article 12 letter b or Article 11 and Article 12 letter (i) of Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption modified by Law Number 20 of 2001 on Amendments. Regarding Law No. 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of the Crime of Corruption in conjunction with article 55 subsection 1 to 1 of the Penal Code.

The suspects of AIM and HS are suspected of violating article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or article 5 paragraph (1) letter b or article 13 of Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes modified by the Law Number 20 4 of 2001 relative to the Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of the Crime of Corruption.

Meanwhile, Minister Juliari is suspected of violating article 12 letter a or article 12 letter b or article 11 of Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 on Amendments to the Law Number 31 of 1999. relative to the Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Penal Code.

The KPK suspects that the social minister Juliari Peter Batubara received a bribe worth 17 billion rupees of share acquisition of basic food assistance for people affected by Covid-19 in Jabodetabek. Juliari has been named a suspect by the KPK.

“In the implementation of the first period of the basic food assistance package, it is suspected that a fee of Rp 12 billion was received, which MJS (Matheus Joko Santoso) delivered in cash to JPB (Juliari Peter Batubara) through AW (Adi Wahyono) with a value of around Rp 8.2 billion “. Firli said.

Eko and Shelvy N, as Juliari’s trusted persons, managed the delivery of the money. The purpose money was used to pay for Juliari’s personal needs.
