Police continue to persecute participants 1812 action who wounded the security apparatus with a samurai.
So far, the samurai is insured. However, the perpetrator is still in hot pursuit.
“We are still chasing, we are still looking for the culprit, we are still looking, we are still investigating,” said Polda Metro Public Relations chief Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus when contacted on Saturday (12/19).
Yusri said his group had found several photos in the field that became evidence of the killing action. From the photo, Yusri said, the police already knew the characteristics of the perpetrator.
“We have found the person in the photo, with what clothes, he also wears a cap,” Yusri said.
Previously, two policemen were hit by a samurai-type weapon when they broke up the 1812 protest. Both suffered minor injuries and received treatment.
Yusri said the incident occurred when authorities dispersed the crowd in front of DKI Jakarta City Hall.
“Until now, he was the one who was hit by the stab, but no [parah] yes, there are two ”, he said, on Friday (12/18).
Meanwhile, the 1812 Field Action Coordinator, Rizal Kobar, said that he did not want to be responsible for the police officers who were attacked by samurai during the demonstration.
According to Rizal, from the beginning his party would only hold peaceful demonstrations around the Horse Statue. Not only that, Riza said, her party also claimed that it had never appealed to the masses to carry sharp weapons.
“I am not responsible for that. I do not appeal to bring sharp weapons,” he said at the Al-Makmur mosque, Tanah Abang, central Jakarta, on Friday (12/18).
