JAKARTA, KOMPAS TV – The founder of the Islamic State of Indonesia (NII) Crisis Center, Ken Setiawan, had the opportunity to speak with Alpin Adrian, the suspect in the stabbing of Sheikh Ali Jaber.

During the meeting, Ken said, Alpin spoke at length. Even Alpin’s conversation was quiet. Question after question from Ken can be answered by Alpin.

“There is a reason that may not have been shared with the media,” Ken said, quoted by Tribunnews.com, on Wednesday (9/23/2020).

Ken started a conversation with Alpin by asking him how he finally thought of stabbing Sheikh Ali Jaber.

“While long before he was famous, Alpin was a figure who looked up to Ali Jaber,” he said.

From that question, it was answered that Alpin often watched programs with the figure of Sheikh Ali Jaber.
