Fahrurrozi Ishaq, known as the ‘Counter-Governor’ Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok), passed away due to positive exposure to Corona (COVID-19). Condolences flowed.

The head of Medical Services and Nursing Services at Kombes National Police Hospital Pol Yayok Witarto said that Fahrurrozi had undergone a PCR test at the Police Hospital before his death. As a result, Fahrurrozi tested positive for COVID-19.

Refusing to be treated in the VVIP Special Corona Room

While he was being treated, the National Police Hospital offered Fahrurrozi to be treated in the special VVIP ward in Corona. However, Fahrurrozi refused.

“He was recommended to be treated in the VVIP COVID room, but he did not like it,” Yayok said.

Yayok then explained that Fahrurrozi had died in another hospital. “He did not die at the Police Hospital,” Yayok said.

Family buried in Jatinegara although positive crown

Although he died in a Corona positive state, Fahrurrozi’s body was buried by his family in Jatinegara, East Jakarta. Jatinegara Police Chief Kompol Darmo Suhartono said the family claimed to have obtained permission from the hospital.

“From that family, the mango was due to gastric pain, he said, he was allowed to take home to the Hospital Hermina,” said Darmo when contacted on Tuesday (10/27/2020).

Kompol Darmo said the funeral home was also full of mourners who attended. According to Darmo, some of the mourners accompanied the body to the funeral procession.
