JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) continues to process the distribution of government aid in the form of salary or wage subsidy (BSU) in the second period this time.
Labor Minister Ida Fauziyah said her party is trying to complete the distribution of wage subsidies to 12.4 million workers or day laborers who are affected by their income due to the corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic.
“We continue to accelerate the distribution (of salaries or wage subsidies) to 12.4 million recipients so that workers or day laborers can accept them immediately according to predetermined criteria,” he said in a written statement on Friday (11/12/2020).

Based on data as of December 8, 2020, the distribution of wages or wage subsidies in the second period has reached 11,023,780 workers / day laborers.
In detail, the first stage in the second period of salary distribution or salary subsidies reaches 2,177,915 beneficiaries, stage II to 2,711,358 recipients, stage III to 3,146,314 recipients, stage IV to 2,439,982 recipients and stage V to 548,211 recipients.
“Up to 11 million are in the process of continuing to reach 12.4 million beneficiaries in the first term,” said the Minister of Labor.
It should be noted that before continuing with the distribution of salary aids or salary subsidies in period II, the Ministry of Manpower followed the recommendation of the Commission for the Eradication of Corruption (KPK) so that the evaluation of the data of the Recipients of salary subsidies are carried out by the General Tax Directorate (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance.
Avoid the existence of a salary subsidy recipient included in the taxpayer class. This means that the beneficiaries of the wage subsidy are workers or day laborers earning more than 5 million rupees.

In fact, the requirements for the beneficiary of the wage subsidy aid or absolute wages with a salary of less than Rp.5 million. This is in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Labor Regulation (Permenaker) Number 14 of 2020.
In it, there are conditions for those who are entitled to receive a wage aid or wage subsidies from the government of Rs 1.2 million for two months.
Requirements for recipients of wage subsidy assistance include:

second. Registered as an active participant in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employment social security program as evidenced by a membership card number;
C. Employees / workers receiving pay / wages;
re. Active membership of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan until June 2020;

An active participant in the social security program for employment who pays contributions with the contribution amount calculated on the basis of a salary / salary less than 5 million IDR according to the last salary / salary reported by the employer to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and registered in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and
F. Have an active bank account.
