The Jakarta provincial government fines 50 million rupees, this is Habib Rizieq’s answer: Okezone Megapolitan

JAKARTA – The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta has imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of Rs 50 million on Grand Imam of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Habib Rizieq.

Jakarta chief Satpol PP Arifin said Habib Rizieq well accepted the sanctions imposed by the DKI Jakarta provincial government.

“Yes, the response was good, accepting us to enforce the disciplinary rules,” Arifin said of Jalan Petamburan III, Jakarta, on Sunday (11/15/2020).

Arifin has also presented a fine of Rs 50 million to Habib Rizieq. He added that Habib Rizieq had paid a fine to the provincial government of DKI Jakarta.

“Yes, the fact is that I have said it, and it has been fined and it has been resolved,” he said.

Arifin called on all parties to be prudent in implementing health protocols to break the chain of spread of the corona virus (Covid-19).

“Yes, I think it is still prudent. That all the provisions of the protocol rules are the way we prevent the spread of Covid and break the chain,” he said.
