The Minister of Manpower said that the total subsidized assistance of Rs 2.4 million would be distributed in two terms, with each term transferring Rs 1.2 million directly to the beneficiary’s account.

In addition, according to Ida, the Ministry of Manpower will carry out an evaluation before the payment of term II begins to be distributed.
“Our goal is for the second period to be distributed by the end of October 2020 or, at the latest, the distribution will start in early November,” he said.
The wage subsidy program targets 15.7 million workers with earnings below Rs 5 million who are members of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
As of the submission deadline, the data collected and submitted by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was 12,272,731 workers.
