They were accused of committing treason against the First President of the Republic of Indonesia Soekarno through the Council of Generals.
The bodies of the seven heroes of the revolution were later dumped into a well in Lubang Buaya, in East Jakarta.

At around 4:30 am the next day, a group of kidnappers approached her home. The dog was barking, Soeprapto asked who was outside.
The group outside replied “Cakrabirawa”, Knowing it without any suspicion, Suprapto who was still in pajamas and sarong came out to greet them.
The troops said Suprapto was asked to meet with Soekarno at that time. As a soldier obeying his highest leadership, Suprapto agrees.
However, he asked permission to change clothes first.
His request was not allowed, and instead he immediately pointed a gun at Suprapto and part of him took his hand, as he led him outside to be loaded onto a waiting truck.
Apparently this general from Purwokerto, Central Java, was brought to Lubang Buaya.
There, he was persecuted in a state of tied body. Subsequently, his body was simply thrown into a narrow pit, which was also the site of other bodies of kidnapped victims.

Unfortunately, the number of opponents was too large, many bullets ended up lodged in Haryono’s body.
He collapsed and was dragged into the kidnapper’s truck. Apparently, at that time Haryono was already lifeless.
His wife, who became aware of this incident, immediately locked the children in a room and drove the car herself to Ahhmad Yani’s residence, with the intention of reporting what had happened.
However, at Ahmad Yani’s residence, it seems that something similar happened.
Without losing consciousness, Haryono’s wife immediately returned to S. Parman’s residence, but unfortunately encountered the same situation again.
