JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Omnibus Law Bill (RUU) Creates Work officially approved by the House of Representatives in Law (Law) in plenary session, Monday (10/5/2020).

After going through various revisions, the Job Creation Act was finally signed by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and accessible to the public.

The Job Creation Bill is a bill proposed by President Jokowi and is the 2020 Priority Bill in the 2020 National Legislation Program.

Structurally, the Employment Creation Law consists of 15 chapters containing 186 articles. The Secretary of the Ministry of State uploaded a draft of the Employment Creation Law on its website on Monday night (11/2/2020).

Before it was officially published by the government, the Employment Creation Law circulated in various versions with different numbers of pages.
