KOMPAS.com – A road accident occurred between a Daihatsu Ayla car and a Honda CBR 1000 RR SP motorcycle in Jalan HR Bunyamin, Purwokerto, Banyumas, Central Java.
The incident that occurred on the afternoon of Tuesday (11/17/2020) caused a great motorcyclist (moge) named Dimas Prasetyahani (25) to injure himself and break a bone in his arm.
The motorcycle he was riding on was also damaged after being dragged up to twenty feet.
However, the case has ended peacefully and the motorcycle driver also refused to be offered compensation by the hitman for the car and house.

According to him, the accident case is due to a misunderstanding between car drivers and motorcycle drivers.
Upon arriving at the scene of the incident, the driver of the car with the initials A was unable to control his vehicle and the accident occurred.
“It’s true (he had an argument), because of a misunderstanding. If we ride a motorcycle to balance it, it’s a bit worn,” explained Ryke, on Friday (11/20/2020).
“But at the time of the incident, the CBR driver was a bit in the middle. The driver Ayla when she was about to pass was unable to control the vehicle and eventually an accident occurred,” he said.
As for the alleged deliberation of the driver of the car, he could not confirm it. This is because the case was terminated after both parties agreed to make amends with the best possible compensation.
Compensation was offered for houses and cars.

At the time, the mother of the car driver also offered compensation for her damaged vehicle with her home and car.
This was done because the price of motorcycles was more expensive than that of cars and so that the case did not reach the realm of law or crime.
This is because your son or the car driver is known to be the backbone of the family and your wife is six months pregnant.
“The attacker’s family had met me at the hospital, he was the only axis of the family. The family really opposed being sentenced,” Dimas said when he met at his home on Friday (11/20/2020).

Rejected offer of compensation

“I’m sorry, that’s the only house, much less the one that crashed the child, (but) the mother had to be beaten, the wife was beaten, there is no place to live, I thought up to there,” said Dimas.
“When it comes to material, motorcycles can be repaired, but if you have to disturb or torment other families, I’m sorry. Also, I just broke a bone, but Allah has given me salvation,” he said.
He admitted that he actually got a valuable lesson from the incident and hopefully it won’t happen again or it will happen to other road users.
“I hope it is a lesson because on the road we do not know who we will meet, you have to be careful. This is also a lesson for me, I ride a motorcycle, be careful, because the voice is fast,” said Dimas.
