JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – TNI-Polri built a pokso near the former headquarters of the Front of Islamic Defenders (FPI), in Jalan Petamburan III, Petamburan, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. This post was built one day after the government dissolved the FPI.

Kapolsek Tanah Abang Kompol Singgih Hermawan said that this post was built to maintain security around the area of the former FPI headquarters.

“Yesterday, a Ministerial Decree was issued regarding the dissolution of the FPI. We guarantee that Jakarta is safe, including Tanah Abang,” Singgih said on Thursday (12/31/2020).

Singgih said that the post at Jalan Petamburan III was built by three pillars, namely Koramil 05 / Tanah Abang, the Tanah Abang police and the Tanah Abang district.
