The Bogor City COVID-19 Working Group threatened to close the business permit for the Bogor City UMMI Hospital, West Java. This was done because the UMMI Hospital was deemed unable to synergize with the Bogor City Covid-19 Task Force in the handling of the FPI leader, Habib Rizieq Syihab.

Bogor City’s Kasatpol PP, Agustian Syah, said that referring to Mayor’s Regulation (Perwal) Number 107 regarding Bogor City’s PSBMK, there are sanctions for business entities that are blocking efforts to enforce regulations to treat infectious outbreaks. The maximum penalty may be in the form of closing the business license.

“This may be subject to penalties up to the maximum closure of the business license. Therefore, there will be penalties attached to the UMMI Hospital if it persists in not wanting to report the patient’s swab results to the City of Bogor Covid-19 Working Group “Agustian told reporters at Bogor City Hall. , Saturday (11/18/2020).

Agus said that efforts to re-clean Habib Rizieq had been put to the test by the Bogor City COVID-19 Task Force. However, Habib Rizieq’s family rejected the task force’s request.

“It’s just that the family in question is not happy because the reason is that they only do a swab in the morning,” Agus said.

However, Agus stressed that the UMMI Hospital should have had good intentions to be able to cooperate with the Covid-19 Working Group of the city of Bogor to report the data of the patient it treated. Meanwhile, UMMI Hospital covered the results of Habib Rizieq’s swab test.

“But the next is in the hospital, to what extent the hospital has good intentions to work together, coordinate and synergize with the Covid Working Group of the city of Bogor. Because the hospital has an obligation to inform all patients treated in the hospital, especially those who have had a swab test. ” He concluded.
