Cyanjur –
Habib Rizieq is scheduled to come to Cianjur, West Java, to attend the tablig akbar and meet with the ulama in December.
However, the potential crowd caused the Cianjur Regency Government to refuse to grant permission. Even the police admit that they will not hesitate to disband if the sixth activity takes place.
The news of the arrival of the FPI Grand Imam was confirmed for the first time by the president of the FPI Cianjur Habib Hud Alaydrus. According to him, Habib Rizieq will visit various regions of Indonesia and Cianjur will be the area to be visited in the near future.
“The first ones will arrive in Cianjur in early December,” Habib Hud said via cell phone.
He said that even though the Cianjur regency government did not issue a permit, his party would continue to carry out these activities. Because according to him, in the case of tablig akbar, no permission from the government is required, the organizers simply deliver a notification. So even without permission, activities can still be performed.
“The right of the local government not to issue a permit, perhaps considering the conditions of the pandemic. But the tablig akbar is only a notification, not a permit. That is why we will continue to carry out activities,” said Habib Hud.
According to him, the government should be able to facilitate so that the place is wide so that health protocols such as keeping distance can be applied optimally.
“The government must think clearly. Not for not granting permits but for facilitating the place, so that the place is wide and can maintain the distance,” he said.
Even if it is forbidden, he admits that he can get around with various things ranging from praying together and others.
“If you want to be cheated, you just have to call the agenda at the Cianjur congregational prayer with Habib Rizieq. Who can ban it? But we don’t want to be like that, we follow the rules. That is why we will continue to coordinate well,” he said.
“But for the activities, God willing, it will still be carried out by implementing health protocols,” he said.
Meanwhile, Cianjur’s acting regent Dudi Sudrajat emphasized that the Cianjur regency government would not issue permits for any agenda that could cause crowds.
“Yes, no, if there is a permit application, it will not be allowed. Because it is still a pandemic situation. Crowds of people in one place can trigger the spread. In the meantime, we are intensively preventing the spread,” said Dudi.
If they continue to insist on holding tablig akbar and meeting with many participants, the Regency Government will not hesitate to put them in order.
“If they still have activities, we will coordinate with the police to put them in order,” he said.
On the other hand, the Chief of the Cianjur Police Headquarters, AKP Alan, said that his party would coordinate with the working group regarding the agenda. In the first place, the police and the working group will advise against the development of its activities, considering that it is still in a pandemic situation at present.
However, if it continues, the police will give a stern warning until dissolution.
“We will continue to carry out procedures, playing from appeals, warnings, to dissolution if the warnings are not heeded,” he said.
However, Alan emphasized that the dissolution was not due to the activities, but rather focused on the activities of the crowd.
“We did not disperse the activities, but the substance was in the crowd. And as is well known, any activity if it provokes a crowd, we will act decisively until its dissolution ”, he said.
