Susi Pujiastuti asked Mike Tyson about the difficult things he went through in prison. The world boxing legend feels that nothing is difficult, in fact it feels like a vacation.

Tyson was in and out of prison, from when he was a child until his boxing career took off. One of the cases in the spotlight is related to the rape case. Tyson spent three years in prison from 1992 to 1995.

Tyson’s life in prison turned out to be not difficult at all. She revealed it to Susi Pujiastuti as the former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia, at an event titled “Life Lessons from the Champion” that was broadcast on Mola TV.

“There’s nothing difficult or anything about it. It’s like child’s play, nothing interesting to me,” Tyson said.

“I’ve been through worse things before, so I’m not surprised. I went to jail, nothing happened to me, nobody was going to hit me, nobody wanted to kill me, nothing like that. The prison understands it too. So I was there for three years, it felt like a vacation, “he continued.

Tyson never regretted going to prison. He considered what had happened as a blessing in his life. Shortly after breathing the open air, Tyson converted to Islam.

“It was a blessing for me to go to prison. It was one of the best things in my life,” Tyson said.

“That is not true (being led in prison). I studied Islam before I went to prison, so it is not true. My point of view remains the same (towards Islam). I believe what I believe. I am Muslim.” said the former world heavyweight champion. confirm.
