JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Labor Minister (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah received data on 3.5 million potential recipients of wage subsidies (BSU) or wage subsidies. These workers earn less than IDR 5 million per month.

Ida said that the transfer of this data was a continuation and a supplement to the data on wage subsidy recipients that had been distributed by the previous BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

“With the 3.5 million data presented by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan today, the total data of the recipients of wage / salary subsidies from I, II and III is 9 million,” he said.
Data details include Stage I on August 24, 2020 with 2.5 million data, Stage II on September 1, 2020 with 3 million data, and Stage III which is 3.5 million data. .
“The mechanism for the distribution of salaries / salary bonuses in stage III remains the same as in the previous stage. Where the data that has been delivered will be carried out. Subsequently, the data will be sent to the Office of the State Treasury Service (KPPN) to immediately disburse the salary subsidy through the channel bank account.
The government is targeting the distribution of wage subsidies worth 600,000 rupees per month to be completed by the end of September 2020 to 15.7 million workers earning less than 5 million rupees. This is in accordance with the criteria stipulated in Permenaker Number 14 of 2020.
