The incident is known to have occurred at Jalan Raya Kenjeran towards Suramadu Bridge, Kenjaren District, Surabaya, East Java, on Sunday (12/13/2020).

The author of the nasty video was found to be a married couple with the initials AS (41) and ES (31).

“We have had no witnesses who have seen them directly, therefore we are looking for a video recorder,” Surabaya Reskrim Police Chief Kompol Oki Ahadian said when confirmed on Saturday (12/19/2020).
