“Later, what will we follow?” Yusri said in his office in South Jakarta on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
The head of Public Relations for the South Jakarta District Court, Suharno, said the decision to withdraw SP3 was confirmed by sole judge Merry Taat Anggarasih. The decision on case number 151 / Pid.Prap / 2020 / PN.Jkt.Sel basically granted the request to continue the investigation.
“The act of stopping the investigation was illegal and ordered the defendant to continue the investigation process,” Suharno said.
The SP3 for the alleged pornographic conversation in the WhatsApp application was previously published by the Police Headquarters.
At the time, Brigadier General Mohammad Iqbal, head of the Public Information Office of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, said the case was stopped because investigators had not found the one who uploaded the evidence from the conversation of pornographic content that was accused of Pimpinam of FPI Rizieq. The conclusion was reached after a case title was conducted.
