Manchester United were stopped by Leicester City in the Premier League. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed the situation in the Red Devils locker room after the game.

When hosted by The Foxes at King Power Stadium on Saturday (12/26/2020), MU took home the result 2-2. The Red Devils took the lead twice in that game.

MU took the lead in the first half through Marcus Rashford. Equalized by Harvey Barnes shortly before halftime.

Bruno Fernandes’ blunder was the start of the goal. Barnes’ long shot missed David De Gea.

MU was able to excel again thanks to Bruno Fernandes in the 79th minute. The victory was dissolved after Jamie Vardy’s shot changed direction after hitting Axel Tuanzebe, resulting in the home team’s draw.

Solskjaer also expressed his team’s disappointment at not being able to win. He described the costumes.

“We are disappointed. The boys are in the locker room,” Solskjaer said in Daily mail.

“What a move from Vardy. You can’t let your guard down against quality players. We create golden opportunities. It’s a good soccer game, start to finish.”

“The two goals should have closed faster. The first was clear and the second to the right we had to be able to stop the center. You always see the goals and we could have done better,” he added.

MU couldn’t get into the top two without beating Leicester. The Red Manchester team is in fourth place with a collection of 27 points from 14 games, while Leicester is in third place with 28 points from 15 games.
