Bicycles worth more than 100 million rupees stole public attention after the KPK arrested the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Edhy Prabowo. Here is the case of the bicycle that was confiscated by the KPK.
As is known, Edhy Prabowo was arrested by the KPK on Tuesday (11/24) around midnight at Soekarno-Hatta airport. At the time, he had just returned from a visit to the United States.
The KPK eventually named Edhy Prabowo as a suspect in the bribery of the export of fingerlings. The bribe was allegedly used by Edhy Prabowo to purchase luxury items while he was in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States.
“Purchases usage by EP and IRW in Honolulu, USA, November 21-23, 2020, hovers around Rs 750 million, including Rolex watches, Tumi and LV bags, Old Navy clothing,” he said the vice president of KPK, Nawawi Pomolango.
During a press conference, the KPK showed a series of evidence of this arrest activity. There are bicycle wheels along with the wrapped frame, Rolex watches, and ATM cards.
The bicycle that was confiscated by the KPK was not a normal bicycle. The KPK did not specify the make and type of bicycle. However, from the existing photos, the type and price of the bike can be revealed.

Finally, Edhy Prabowo also spoke about the confiscated bicycle. He admits that the bike belongs to him. He reasoned that he used the bicycle to play.
Meanwhile, the KPK said the bike was bought by Edhy Prabowo overseas. These items were among those confiscated by the anti-bribery agency.
