JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, together with DKI Jakarta Satpol PP, carried out unannounced inspections (sidak) of several cafes and restaurants in the South Jakarta area on Thursday (3/9/2020) at night.
From the video uploaded to the Instagram account @aniesbaswedan, the inspection was carried out to review the implementation of health protocols in cafes and restaurants.

He then found the Tebalik Kopi cafe in Jalan Haji Nawi, South Jakarta, which did not implement the Covid-19 health protocol.
In the video, the cafe appears to be full of visitors.
“Where is the protocol?” Anies said as she berated the management of the Coffee Backyard Cafe.
“Do you know the rules?” he asked again.
“You know, sir,” replied Tebalik Kopi’s direction when asked by Anies.
“You know? Why was he raped?” timpal Anies.
Anies emphasized that violation of the health protocol is life threatening.
“This is not against the rules, it is a matter of life. You are closed now and do not repeat it,” Anies said.

The cafe was then immediately closed for 24 hours and subjected to administrative penalties of Rs 10 million.
Jakarta is worrying
Meanwhile, Anies said, the condition of the capital city was concerning because the transmission rate of Covid-19 was increasing.
According to Anies, the increase in the number of Covid-19 transmissions is directly proportional to the number of tests conducted by the provincial government of DKI Jakarta.
Anies claims that the provincial government of DKI Jakarta has tested five times more than the ideal limit set by the World Health Organization (WHO).

From the tests carried out, the addition of daily cases is also increasing.
“In Indonesia, there are only two provinces that (the number of tests) exceeds the WHO figure, namely Jakarta and West Sumatra. Jakarta is now concerned, why? In the last three weeks, the number (sum of daily positive cases) has continued to increase, what does that mean? We have detected a lot, there are also a lot of transmissions, “said Anies.
Therefore, Anies urged citizens to be disciplined when carrying out 3M’s health protocols, that is, wearing masks, keeping your distance, and washing your hands regularly.
Meanwhile, the provincial government of DKI, as the policy-maker, will work on 3Q, that is, testing, tracing and treatment.
The increase in the number of Covid-19 positive patients in Jakarta again recorded the highest number as of last Thursday, namely 1,406 people.
So the cumulative number of Covid-19 positive patients in DKI Jakarta is 43,709 people.
A total of 32,424 people were declared cured with a cure rate of 74.2 percent.
Then 1,253 people died with a death rate of 2.9 percent.
While the active cases of Covid-19 in the capital city are 10,032 people, which means that they are still in treatment or isolation.
