Spain must be willing to share numbers with Switzerland after a 1-1 draw. The result was colored by Sergio Ramos’ failure to execute a penalty twice.

The referee awarded Spain a penalty after Ricardo Rodríguez fouled Ramos after a corner kick. Ramos himself took the penalty, but Sommer managed to deflect it after guessing the direction of his shot.
In the 79th minute, Spain received a second penalty while playing Switzerland with 10 people. Nico Elvedi received a second yellow card after breaking Álvaro Morata.
Unfortunately, this penalty again failed to maximize Spain after Ramos’s execution from the spot was too weak for Sommer to hold back.
Still, Spain finally scored the long-awaited return goal one minute before regulation time ended. Sergio Reguilón sends a cross from the left wing that Gerard Moreno completes with a right shot. Current position 1-1.
Spain continues trying to add to their goals after equalizing. However, until the end of the game, no other goals have been scored so the score remains a draw.
