Sergio Agüero was unable to complete the match when Manchester City faced West Ham United. He was injured again, although he has just returned to play after recovering from a knee injury.

Man City failed to win when they faced West Ham United at London’s Olympic Stadium in the continuation of the English League, on Saturday (10/25/2020). This match ended in a 1-1 draw.

The hosts went ahead first with a goal from Michail Antonio (18 minutes). The Citizens then survived the loss after Phil Foden scored in the 51st minute.

Pep Guardiola’s men failed to win despite registering 70 percent possession of the ball and recording 14 shot attempts. City’s bad luck in this match was more complete after Agüero also suffered an injury.

The Argentine striker could only play in the first half. He was later replaced by Phil Foden after a hiatus.

Agüero seems to have to withdraw on the sidelines. In fact, he had just recovered from an injury. Aguero previously suffered a knee injury and only started playing again last week when City faced Arsenal.

The city’s coach, Pep Guardiola, estimates that Agüero’s current injury is different from the previous one. He suspects the 32-year-old forward has suffered a hammer injury.

“A muscle injury like him, I think hamstring,” Guardiola said after the West Ham game. Standard.

“Tomorrow we will know exactly what happened,” he said.

Aguero’s injury clearly left Guardiola more dizzy to be able to lift his team’s performance. The reason is that the front-line crisis hit City again because Gabriel Jesús has not recovered from the injury either.

Manchester City itself is currently slipping down to 12th place. The Manchester Blue team have only accumulated eight points from five games.
