JAKARTA – State Civil Service Agency (BKN) through the Compensation Directorate ASN is seeking to accelerate the preparation of policymaking materials as part of the reform process of the rank and income system (salaries and allowances) and the facilities of civil servants, in accordance with the mandate of Law (UU) No. 5/2014 on ASN.

The Acting Head of the Directorate of Public Relations, Law and Cooperation of the State Agency for Public Function said that the results are expected to speed up the process of formulating technical policies in terms of ranks, salaries, benefits and facilities for public servants Through the Government Regulation (PP), namely, PP regarding the Rank of Public Officials and PP on Salaries, Allowances, and facilities Officials.

He said that the process of formulating policies on salaries, benefits and facilities for public servants refers to the mandate of articles 79 and 80 of the ASN Law and directs the income of public servants in the future, which previously consisted of many components , was simplified so that it only consists of the components of Salary and Allowances.
