Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –

Chairman of the High Council of the Democratic Party, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) asked the state to name the mastermind who moved, mounted and financed the protests against the Law all the law Cipta Kerja, which ended in chaos in several areas, including Jakarta.

According to SBY, if you do not reveal who the mastermind behind the riots is, the state will be deemed to be spreading false news or hoaxes.

“It would be better if the state moved, mounted, financed if it was considered a crime, violated the law and the law had to be enforced. Otherwise, it would be better if the country was thought to be cheating,” SBY said via from his personal YouTube account, on Monday (10/12). ).

SBY admits that it is not sure that the Coordinating Minister of Economy Airlangga Hartarto, the Coordinating Minister of Maritime Affairs and Investments Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan and the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) have accused him of being the mastermind who mobilized, set up and financed the demonstration against the Ciptaker Omnibus Law.

“My relationship with Airlangga has been good, with Luhut also good, with BIN there is no problem. I am not sure that BIN considers me an enemy of the state,” he said.

The 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia asked the mastermind who was said to have mobilized, mounted and financed the demonstration of the Ciptaker Act to ask Airlangga, Luhut and BIN directly. He believed that Airlangga, Luhut and BIN wanted to reveal the party that was said to have starred in the action on October 8.

“I am sure that when the press asks, people must be willing to give explanations. That is the ethic that everyone who is fulfilling the mandate of leading this country must have,” he said.

The former Democratic Party chairman said he had never thought of mobilizing, mounting, or funding the Omnibus Law Ciptaker rally if he claimed he had the capacity to do so. He admitted that he had never thought of taking such an inappropriate step.

“If I said yesterday that I had the ability to move the masses so widely in the country, if I had a lot of money and money and I did such actions, I also did not have any intention. I did not think of doing something that I thought was not correct.” he said.

Previously, the government accused a political elite of financing and being the intellectual actor behind the demonstration against the Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law in various regions of the country. The statement was made by the Coordinating Minister of Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD and the Coordinating Minister of Economy Airlangga Hartarto.

“Actually, the government knows who the demonstration is, we know who is running it, who is the sponsor, who is funding it. The government already knows who the intellectual figures behind the demonstration movement are,” Airlangga said on the Squawk Box program of CNBC Indonesia TV, Thursday (8/8) 10)
