He believes that President Joko Widodo will grant the post of Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries to the Gerindra Party.

Qodari explained that the opportunity for Sandi, the nickname of Sandiaga Uno, to occupy the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, is open because Sandi is a vice president candidate to accompany Prabowo in the 2019 presidential elections.
According to him, the political reconciliation will be more complete and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries will perform better if Sandi is chosen as Edhy’s replacement.
“If she [Sandi] Come in, well, this is a total political reconciliation and on the other hand, with the entry of Sandi, the opportunity for a better performance should also be given, ”he said.
Qodari also believes that Sandi will not repeat the actions of Edhy, who is suspected of committing a criminal act of corruption.
“I have no doubt that there is no corruption or anything else to buy luxury goods, because Sandi is already very, very rich, she doesn’t need corruption to be able to buy luxury goods bought by Edhy and his wife in Hawaii,” he said.
Qodari continued, the post of Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries would be interesting if given to Fadli. The reason is, he said, that Fadli remains diligent in criticizing the government, even though Gerindra is part of a coalition of government supporters.
The post of Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries can be a place for Fadli to show if he performs better than other ministers.
Apart from Sandi and Fadli, according to Qodari, three other Gerindra Party cadres also have the opportunity to fill the positions Edhy has left.
According to him, the other three paintings by Gerindra are Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Sugiono and Ahmad Muzani.
Qodari explained that Edhy’s replacement would then have to meet a number of criteria, such as coming from high-ranking officials in the Gerindra Party and having a historical and personal closeness to the president of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto.

DPP Gerindra Party Chairman Sufmi Dasco Ahmad said his party is awaiting Jokowi’s decision regarding Edhy’s replacement as Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.
