Then the second SE numbered 443/11048 / 436.8.4 / 2020 and is addressed to the head of RW / RT, owner or manager of pensions, hotels, apartments and promoters or housing managers.
“Since it is still during the Covid-19 pandemic, all workers / employees are advised not to take vacation trips outside the city of Surabaya, and to continue meeting with their families in their respective residences,” Risma said in an SE received by Kompas.com. Saturday (12/12/2020).
Additionally, residents are being asked to prepare for potential disasters, including heavy rains accompanied by strong winds and large waves of seawater, as forecast by the Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG).

Then, for workers or employees who travel outside Surabaya city for more than 3 days, it is mandatory to show the test results. swab negative when coming to Surabaya.
If you do not have the results of the RT-PCR / swab, you can consult the health services facilities owned by the Surabaya City Government in the puskesmas according to their respective addresses on the day and time of service.
Also, you can go directly to the Regional Health Laboratory (Labkesda) at Jalan Gayungsari Barat No.124 Surabaya (24 hours service) with specific conditions.
“The exam is free for workers / employees who have a Surabaya KTP. Meanwhile, those with a KTP outside of Surabaya city pay Rs 125,000 per person,” Risma said.
