Jakarta –
Five regional chiefs in Bogor, Depok, Bekasi (Bodebek) agreed to tighten the rules of the community movement in applying large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) volume II. Passengers wishing to travel in the KRL must show an assignment letter.
“For example, users of KRL modes of transport should be able to show an assignment letter. Only people working in eight excluded sectors are allowed. If there are no letters or outside of the eight sectors, penalties may be imposed,” Bogor Mayor Bima Arya said Saturday (09/05/2020) as reported Between.
Bima said the deal was the result of a virtual coordination meeting involving DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan and West Java Governor Riwan Kamil as well as regional chiefs in Jabodetabek. The meeting discussed the evaluation of the application of the PSBB which showed a decrease in the case of Corona. Bima said that the PSBB application must be online between Bodebek and DKI.
According to Bima, many residents of Bodebek work in Jakarta so that the movement of people to Jakarta and vice versa is quite high. In fact, in the PSBB application, only employees in the eight excluded sectors are tolerated to continue working, including the health, food, logistics, finance and banking, energy and communication sectors.
However, he continued, during the implementation of the PSBB, there were still many people outside of the eight excluded sectors who still carried out activities outside the home. Therefore, DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan said Bima will make tightening-related regulations during the PSBB.
“Then, the mayor and the regent in Bodebek will also make regulations that regulate the movement of people more and more outside the area,” he said.
Bima added that the regulations that the city government of Bogor would make would be contained in the Mayor’s Regulation (Perwali). Bima Arya has instructed the Law and Human Rights Section to write a Perwali to be signed immediately.
