Suara.com – The Indonesian Army Military Police Center or Puspomad finally ruled on the viral video case of a TNI AD service car being used by civilians in a restaurant.
The commander of Puspomad or Danpuspomad, Lieutenant General TNI Dodik Widjanarko, confirmed that the Toyota Fortuner-type vehicle with registration number 3688-34 was driven by a civilian named Suherman Winata aka Ahon.
“It was driven by civilians on behalf of Suherman Winata aka Ahon, they should have understood that the vehicle was not their right of use,” Dodik said in a statement received by Suara.com on Saturday (03/10/2020).
Dodik said his party had summoned Suherman for questioning at Puspomad in central Jakarta. The car used was also insured.
“That brother Suherman Winata aka Ahon has been questioned at Mapuspomad and the Fortuner vehicle with the registration number 3688-34 in military green and the license plate is secured,” he said.
According to Dodik, if you look at the license plate, the vehicle is Puspomad’s registration number. However, the car is not an official vehicle for organic members of Puspomad. After being tracked down, the car was loaned to a retired officer.
“The vehicle was loaned to CPM Colonel Purnawirawan Bagus Heru Sucahyo from 2017 to the present at the request of the interested party,” he said.
