“Perhaps tomorrow (Wednesday) the DPR will deliver (the draft of the Employment Creation Law) to the executive. And God willing, the draft will be final,” Bahlil Lahadalia said yesterday. Between.
However, Bahlil Lahadalia requested that the final draft of the Employment Creation Law (the content of the Employment Creation Law) consisting of 15 chapters, 174 articles, 11 clusters and a cluster of 76 laws not be disseminated before be officially presented to the government.

He said there is currently an existing workforce supply of 7 million people, plus a workforce of 2.9 million people who graduate from high school and college annually.
On the other hand, the Covid-19 condition has made 3.5 million people registered in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan subject to dismissal (PHK).
“But the Kadin and Hipmi estimate is about 5-6 million people (layoff victims). So the total now is about 15 million workers. 15 million is what we have now to prepare jobs. “Bahlil said.
Based on the law, the government itself is obliged to prepare employment opportunities for the 15 million inhabitants. However, according to Bahlil, there needs to be a breakthrough to create jobs through investment because the 15 million workers cannot be fully absorbed into civil servants, BUMN employees or TNI / Polri.

“So we have to make a breakthrough. This advance is none other than bringing investment for investment. But this investment should not be interpreted only for the big ones. The order of the president, that we must attend to the MSMEs. also at the national level, “said Bahlil Lahadalia.
The deception is circulating
Earlier, a senior economist at the Institute for the Development of Economics and Finance (Indef), Enny Sri Hartati, said that the spread of deception was actually relatively minimal if the government and DPR were open about the content of the Law of Final Job Creation.
Until now, the public has not been able to access or disseminate the content of the Employment Creation Law that has been approved by DPR. This condition has led to many different interpretations by the public of the Draft Employment Creation Bill that has been widely distributed.
“Now the question is, if it is a hoax, please transmit it officially as soon as possible, what is the final draft of the Employment Creation Law that was officially presented by DPR?” Enny said in her statement.

Even President Jokowi himself has just opened his voice on the Job Creation Law a day after mass demonstrations in various regions. Furthermore, various points of President Jokowi’s explanation are still considered unclear. Mention the issue of the leave scheme to the dismissal rules in the latest regulations.
“The paradox is that if the purpose is noble, why does the discussion seem to be hidden? wagons? “kata Enny.
Furthermore, Enny said, the omnibus act of the Job Creation Act that aims to support the business climate can also potentially exploit resources.
