JAKARTA – The government provides wage subsidies IDR 1.2 million for workers with wages below IDR 5 million. It’s just that not everyone with a salary of less than 5 million rupees can receive welfare (bansos).

This is because there are other requirements that workers must meet to receive social assistance, such as being registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to pay participant contributions until June 2020.

However, if there are workers who feel included in the requirements for assistance, they can report directly to the nearest BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office.

There are two forms of complaints that workers can file. First, from company employees or workers with salaries of less than 5 million rupees.

This complaint is based on the fact that a worker has an active BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership card but has not been registered as a participant in a salary or wage subsidy.

“For this first complaint, workers with wages below Rs 5 crore can go directly to the nearest BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office or contact the BPJS head office directly,” said Karo Public Relations of the Ministry of Manpower Soes Hindharno , some time ago, Tuesday (1/9/2020).

In addition to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, complaints can be submitted directly to the Ministry of Manpower through the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Participant Reporting Information System (SIPP), which can be accessed on the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan website.

Of course, workers must also provide a number of administrative requirements set by the government.

SIPP online is an online participant reporting website developed as a tool for companies to process participation data in the form of company data, employment data, salary data, and contribution calculations quickly and accurately. This application is an innovation of the offline version of SIPP Desktop that was introduced earlier.

“For example, how come I should get it but I can’t, but I have to make sure I am a member of (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) or not? This can also complain to the Ministry of Manpower through the manpower information system on their website, “he said.

The second complaint relates to the problem of workers who have registered as participants who receive a salary, but experience technical problems or something that may harm the participating participants. This second form of complaint is the same as the first, in which participants can report directly to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan or the Ministry of Manpower.

“For example, how come I should get it but I can’t, but I have to make sure I am a member of (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) or not? This can also complain to the Ministry of Manpower through the manpower information system on their website, “he said. (fbn)
