PSI, according to Eneng, noted that from 2019 to 2021, the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of DKI had deposited an equity stake for land acquisition in BUMD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya with a total value of 3.3 trillion rupees.

Eneng emphasized that PSI often questioned the acquisition of land in Sarana Jaya during budget discussion meetings, both in terms of the budget and the availability of land controlled by the provincial government of DKI Jakarta.

So, to save budget, can the DP 0 Rupiah flats be built on land already controlled by the provincial government of DKI? However, DKI Pemprov has not paid attention to all this because it is said that the budget in Sarana Jaya is for the provision of land or for land banking, ”he explained.
Eneng thought that DKI Pemprov was not open enough in the land acquisition process. In fact, according to him, the budget is vulnerable because the numbers are fantastic.
“From determining the location, appointing the supplier, quoting the price, to the price negotiations, everything takes place privately and offline,” Eneng said.
Therefore, Eneng expects the DKI Jakarta provincial government to be transparent about the land acquisition system in the 0 Percent DP program.
“It is time for the DKI Jakarta provincial government to implement a transparent land acquisition system, so that the public can monitor the location of the land to be purchased and at what price,” he concluded.
