Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –

Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) Mahfud MD laughed at the Revision (PK) decision issued by the Supreme Court (MA) in relation to the dispute between the Prosperous Justice Party (MCC) and former cadres, Fahri Hamzah |.

Mahfud laughed at this via his official Twitter account, @mohmahfudmd. He placed a laughing smiley on the concept of justice of the two opposing parties.

According to him, understanding justice is really difficult when you analyze the case that resulted in a fine of Rs 30 billion.

“Understanding justice is difficult. When Mas Fahri Hamzah won 30 billion in the Supreme Court in a lawsuit against PKS, he said, ‘there is justice’ in Indonesia,” Mahfud said beginning his tweet, quoted on Wednesday (12/16).

However, the concept of justice was also conveyed by PKS when the Supreme Court decided that it was not required to pay Rs 30 billion compensation to Fahri.

“Now, it was the turn of the 30M victory which was also canceled by the PK in the MA, Ustadz Hidayat Nurwahid who said, the Supreme Court decision was fair. The MA is fair, huh?”

Previously, the Supreme Court granted PKS’s Request for Reconsideration (PK) regarding the Rp30 billion compensation to Fahri Hamzah.

“Kabul,” read the PK’s decision, which was quoted on the official MA website on December 14.

The case started when Fahri sued PKS for firing him from the party. Fahri, who is now the leader of the Gelora Party, managed to win up to the appellate level in the Supreme Court.

However, PKS later filed a PK and it was partially awarded by the Supreme Court.

In this regard, the Deputy Secretary General of the PKS DPP Zainudin Paru is grateful that the Supreme Court granted the request. He stated that PKS as a defendant accepted the verdict.

However, Fahri admitted that further legal steps related to the Supreme Court decision had not yet been decided.
