Tegal Mayor Dedy Yon Supriyono said the meeting was to explain about the dangdut event that the masses attended.

“We coordinated or clarified that yesterday the City of Tegal went viral or there were many dangdut events or celebration events,” he said.

Dedy admitted that he knew nothing about the existence of a big stage. This is because the show’s permission is limited to a notification and not a dangdut display permission.

“There is no permit, just a celebration. It is a notification where there is no great entertainment permit,” he said.

He explained whether the person in question had been summoned by the police for clarification.

The result of his meeting with Ganjar was an evaluation that his party would no longer grant him permission to celebrate with entertainment in any form.

Additionally, the Tegal city government will also close access to the Tegal city square, tourist attractions and most of the Bahari city cafes.

“Of course, this is our evaluation, we had an instruction from the Governor that the City of Tegal must be really safe, yes, it is expected that we said that in this crowded public space we will turn it off in the plaza, we will also close the tourist objects. Also, some cafes will also be closed until it is safe, “he said.
