It is known that he harassed a teenager, AA (14) in a room of the RPTRA office.
ML himself was arrested by Kembangan Police on October 17, 2020.
So far, the police are investigating the possibility of another victim.
“There is only one victim, we will investigate it again. If there are other victims, we are still investigating,” Kembangan Police Chief Commissioner Imam Irawan said on Wednesday (11/18/2020).
Harassed the victim in RPTRA
According to the victim’s statement, he was harassed in a room in the North Meruya RPTRA office.
It is known that the victims often played at RPTRA, so they often encountered the perpetrators.
The assailant then approached the victim to perform his lewd act.

“The victim often plays in RPTRA. Then the perpetrator approaches the victim. The perpetrator often gives money and the victim is tempted and commits the act,” Imam said.
The victim is known to have initiated his action while conducting an evening observation at RPTRA.
“When PSBB, our working hours are only until 10.00 WIB. Well, we came together, we went home together. The incident in the afternoon, when I was probably looking at the afternoon,” said RPTRA staff Meruya Utara, Syifa , on Wednesday.
Syifa explained that ML carried out the action in a room that was always closed during the PSBB period. However, ML has the key to the RPTRA

The victim claimed to have been harassed by ML 20 times.
This confession was obtained after the mother of the victim saw the short message that ML sent her son.

AA later admitted to being raped by ML 20 times.
Lures the victim with money
By carrying out the action, the perpetrator lured the victim an amount of money so that he would not count the perpetrator’s treatment of others.
“The perpetrator’s way of committing this lewd act was to lure the victim by giving him some money so that he would not tell others about his lewd act,” Imam said.

The victim explained that ML had been promised Rs 200,000 in cash. However, what the victim received never reached this face value.
ML generally pays the victim with money of 20,000 to 100,000 Rp.
The perpetrator is known as an educated person.
When he heard about the action ML was taking, his co-workers and residents who lived around the perpetrator’s house admitted they were shocked.
The reason is that ML is known as an educated person, so no one thought he could do this.
“Yes, everyone knows what the character (ML) is here, that’s good. Complex people are in the story too, people don’t expect it to be the same person,” said Yaya, a resident who works as a park officer in RPTRA, Wednesday.

ML’s co-workers at RPTRA North Meruya also admitted that they did not suspect sexual abuse could occur in the RPTRA office.
“There is nothing strange about the perpetrator. There is nothing (suspicious) at all if he did that,” Syifa said.
North Meruya Urban Village director Zainuddin even stated that ML had accomplished quite a bit in doing his job.
“As far as I know he is a person who has enough potential, has skills and the results have been tested, he can show that his achievements are there,” Zainuddin said on Tuesday (11/17/2020).
He also admitted that he was surprised by this news.
“If his daily life is polite enough, good enough, then who would have thought it was like that too? Like lightning in broad daylight,” he added.
To be held accountable for his actions, ML faces the threat of imprisonment for more than five years.
