DIARY – KKP Minister Edhy Prabowo, who is also the right-hand man of Gerindra President Prabowo Subianto, has been named a suspect by the KPK.
Edhy is suspected of taking bribes in a case of alleged corruption in the export of lobster seeds.
In response to this, a political observer from Indonesia’s Al Azhar University, Ujang Komarudin, assessed that Edhy Prabowo’s arrest was the gateway to ousting Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto from the cabinet.

Ujang suspects that the Palace has read the policy of former KKP minister Edhy Prabowo as an instruction from the Gerindra Party to seek money coffers through the lobster seed export policy.
“Perhaps Edhy Prabowo was pressured by his party to win money. Because we know that Prabowo has always lost three times in the presidential elections. A lot of money has been spent,” Ujang was quoted as saying by RRI on Friday, November 27, 2020.
“But the game is tough, the game is dirty, the games can be read by the palace and the KPK,” he added.
