Data is summarized every week for a total of 514 districts / cities.
- High risk zone (red zone): 70 districts / cities
- Medium risk zone (orange zone): 267 districts / cities
- Low risk zone (yellow zone): 114 districts / cities
- Zone without new cases (green zone): 38 districts / cities
- Unaffected (green zone): 25 districts / cities
“Based on the weekly analysis processed by the Working Group with Pusdatin data sources of the Ministry of Health, we can see that there are currently 70 districts / cities with Red zone and there are 267 districts / cities with an orange zone or moderate risk, ”said a spokesman for Task Force COVID-19, Wiku Adisasmito, at a press conference posted on the Presidential Secretariat’s YouTube account, Thursday (9/9/2020 ).
Wiku reminded local governments which regions are categorized Red zone and orange for immediate cleaning. Wiku said that relevant regional governments should strengthen oversight of the implementation of health protocols.
“This is a warning for all of us, and a signal for the regions as soon as possible to suppress the transmission. The main transmission can occur when performing socio-economic activities that do not comply with health protocols,” said Wiku.
