JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The report by an organization on behalf of the Jakarta Ulama Community Lovers Forum (FMPU) against artist Nikita Mirzani about alleged hate speech was rejected by Metro Jaya Regional Police on Monday (11/16/2020).
This is because the report made still requires a validation process and is reviewed for compliance with pornographic elements.
“It is still being validated and studied for evidence of indications of pornography,” FMPU President Muhammaf Sofyan said when contacted Monday.

Thus, Sofyan said, his party had tried to take legal measures not to make noise on social networks.
“The important thing is that we have tried the law to make a report without making a fuss,” he said.
It is known that Nikita Mirzani became a hot topic of conversation for commenting on the return of the leader of the Islamic Defenders Front (mass organization) Rizieq Shihab from Saudi Arabia to Indonesia.
In the video he uploaded via Instagram, Nikita complained about the crowd of people who picked up Rizieq’s return at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Banten, on Tuesday (10/11/2020).
