Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –
Police raid orgy in Aceh involving minors in Kembang Tanjong District, Pidie District, Aceh Province.
Police arrested three couples from the raid. They are the initials MK (17), MNU (16), AD (18) and three women each with the initials TM (19), MJ (14) and NS (15).
Pidie Police Chief AKBP Zulhir Destrian said the incident started when he used an empty house that belonged to MK’s parents to invite his colleague to stay for four days. During their stay, the three couples often have sex as husband and wife and change partners.
“During the four days, the three pairs of men and women who were not mahram had made husband and wife 3 times at different times,” Zulhir said when confirmed on Monday (5/10).
From the recognition of the three couples it appears that they also tend to have sex between husband and wife in different places with other people who are still minors.
“On their admission, at other times and places, they also often change partners (free sex) and have also had sex with other people who, on average, are still minors,” Zulhir said.
The three couples, who were still minors, had already been secured to the Pidie Police. They will be subject to article 25 in conjunction with article 23 and article 37 of Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 regarding the Law of the Law.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner for the Supervision and Protection of Children of Aceh (KPPAA), Firdaus D Nyak Idin, was not very surprised by the existence of sex parties between minors in Aceh. According to KPPAA records, the case in the Pidie district was the second after the discovery of the teen sex party that took place in Langsa last August.
“This is the second incident of sex parties conducted by children and adolescents. After August 2020, WH Langsa arrested 5 underage adolescents. That means that if the government is not alert and does not respond to Covid-19, it will similar incidents will continue, “he said.
Firdaus said there are two general factors that cause children to misuse time for something. The first factor, the influence of gadgets that are increasingly free and intensively used by children and adolescents, but far from the supervision of parents and adults.
This includes the absence of school supervision when your students participate in the learning process online or outside of school.
So the neglect factor, according to him, the education mechanism during this pandemic was not optimal and seemed to be what it is. However, this is not accompanied by efforts to strengthen the out-of-school education mechanism, both online and outside of school.
“These two factors encourage children to access inappropriate information from cell phones and use their free time to practice bad values accessed from cell phones,” Firdaus said.
According to him, amid the current pandemic, multi-sector agencies in Aceh need to reorganize an education and learning mechanism that responds to the pandemic situation. Both at school, at home and in the community. Otherwise, it is feared that a similar case will occur again.
